Whilst there are tables in this gracefully decorated and surprisingly spacious dining room, the best place to sit is at the long, wave-shaped counter. from here you can watch the action as the fous sushi chefs prepare the omakase menu- they use Niigata rice and two different types of vinegar for the sushi. there are other hot dishes avaliable and many of the ingredients are flown in daily from Japan.

 

棕色木材與黃銅管的搭配,予人時尚優雅的感覺。壽司吧佔了大部分空間,大廚就在吧台後為你準備各款美味壽司。這里的壽司飯是用新潟米按特定比例加入兩種醋煮成,其餘材料均每日從日本新鮮運到。坐在吧台前享用廚師套餐是最好選擇。
